Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro model since 2007. When she quit her gymnastics profession She began competing in fitness shows when she was just 16 years old. The Pro Card was only awarded one year later at the age of the age of 17. Ariel Khadr competes as an IFBB Fitness Pro model, and is sponsored by Ariel Khadr. She began competing in fitness competitions after quitting the gymnastics she had been doing in her youth. After only one year, she could earn her Professional Card when she was 17. Thus becoming one of the youngest IFBB Pro in history. Ariel quit the stage after six years to complete college. The year 2015 saw her continue her path from last year's high profile contests as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. The contest continued throughout the years following her first show, setting more ambitious targets for herself every year. In 2009, she had won the titles of four other fitness contests. This included the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion. She became the oldest IFBB Fitness Pro in history (aged 17). After earning her Pro Card Ariel went on a hiatus of six years from competitive sports to finish her college degree. She made a comeback in October 2015 with her first IFBB Fitness Pro debut at The 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. The athlete placed 3rd during the event. In the summer of 2016, she won her place in the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. This meant that she qualified for Fitness Olympia. In three months she competed onstage at the Olympia in which she won 6th in the Fitness Division. Ariel admitted that she did not have any expectations before and was very satisfied with the results. Ariel had to compete against some of the most elite athletes. Ariel keeps impressing with improvements to her body every year. Ariel's favorite body part to train is the back. Ariel's typical back exercise consists of single-arm lat pulldowns as well as pullups with a machine, as well as bent-over rows. The first step is warming up before going onto work out sets. Ariel also likes to make the most of her time. Ariel does so by doing supersettings on all of her back exercises. It involves three or four sets of 10-12 repetitions.
